From September to November 2025, the company launched flexible team-building activities guided by a people-centered and caring philosophy. Departments were encouraged to plan their own trips based on team preferences, choosing scenic and culturally rich destinations such as Shaoxing, Yixing, Ningbo, and Suzhou. These activities allowed employees to unwind amidst beautiful landscapes, immerse themselves in local culture, and strengthen team cohesion and a sense of belonging—demonstrating the company’s thoughtful care and appreciation for every team member.
